Return 

If (part of) the order does not meet expectations, the order can be returned within 14 days. For sale items, the return period is 8 days; items with a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned. Items must be unworn and in original condition with attached price tags.

• Ensure that items being returned are well-packaged, using the shipping packaging if necessary.
• Include the provided return form filled out in the package.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• If part of the order is returned, resulting in the order value falling below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount.

The return shipping of (part of) the order is the responsibility of the customer. Once the return shipment is received, Jacky Sue will refund within 14 days.

Exchanges

If the size or color of the item is not satisfactory, the item can be exchanged within 14 days if the item is in stock. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to exchange, including size. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. We will cover the shipping costs for one exchange.

Sale

For discounted items, a voucher worth the returned amount will be issued. Sale items with 50% discount or more cannot be exchanged or returned.
